Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern transactions between:

The Seller: Danila f., sole trader (micro-enterprise)
The Customer: any individual or legal entity making a purchase on danilaf.com danilaf.com

By validating an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them unconditionally.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs govern the online sale of handcrafted and personalised jewellery designed and made by Danila f.

2. Products — Handcrafted Nature

All jewellery is handmade in an artisan workshop.

De légères variations de couleur, taille, texture ou finition peuvent apparaître d’une pièce à l’autre. Slight variations in colour, size, texture, or finish may occur from one piece to another. These variations are not defects but reflect the unique, handcrafted nature of each creation.

Photographs on the site are representative of the style and materials used but are not contractually binding.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.

VAT not applicable — Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme).

Shipping costs are added to the product price and are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

All orders are considered firm and final upon payment confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

Payment issues
Suspected fraud
Inappropriate or offensive behaviour
Incomplete or incorrect order information

An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer.

5. Personalisation

Certain jewellery pieces allow the Customer to customise:

Thread colour
Bead colour or shape
La taille
A message, word, initial, or code (Morse code, GPS coordinates, etc.)

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any personalisation that is:

Offensive, defamatory, or illegal
Technically incompatible with the piece
Contrary to the brand's values

In the event of a refusal, the Customer will be informed and may cancel their order for a full refund.

6. Production Times

Personalised jewellery requires an estimated handcraft production time of 2 to 7 working days from the date the order is confirmed. à compter de la validation de la commande.

This timeframe may be extended during peak periods (holidays, sales, events). The Customer will be notified by email.

7. Delivery

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped via La Poste using:

Tracked letter
Colissimo
International shipping

Options and rates are displayed at checkout based on:

The weight of the jewellery
The destination country
Whether insurance is included

Timeframes

Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, the Customer must submit written reservations to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Personalised items: no returns accepted

In accordance with Article of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

Non-personalised items: 14-day return window

For non-personalised jewellery, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.

Return conditions:

The jewellery must be in its original condition: unworn and undamaged
Returned in its original packaging
Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation

Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, subject to a condition check.

9. Legal Warranty

Jewellery is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal aging from daily wear
Damage resulting from improper use
Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or cosmetics
Incorrect handling of clasps or threads
Impacts or drops

In the event of a confirmed defect, the Seller will, at their discretion, replace or repair the item.

12. Mediation & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
