Products \u2014 Handcrafted Nature<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All jewellery is handmade in an artisan workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u00e9g\u00e8res variations de couleur, taille, texture ou finition peuvent appara\u00eetre d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. <strong>Slight variations in colour, size, texture, or finish may occur from one piece to another. These variations are not defects but reflect the unique, handcrafted nature of each creation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photographs on the site are representative of the style and materials used but are not contractually binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are shipped via <strong>La Poste<\/strong> using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tracked letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colissimo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International shipping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Options and rates are displayed at checkout based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The weight of the jewellery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The destination country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether insurance is included<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Timeframes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transfer of risk<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of loss or damage during transit, the Customer must submit written reservations to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Right of Withdrawal &amp; Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personalised items: no returns accepted<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Article <strong>of the French Consumer Code<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-personalised items: 14-day return window<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For non-personalised jewellery, the Customer has <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The jewellery must be in its original condition: unworn and undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned in its original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will be processed within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the returned item, subject to a condition check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
